We support individuals and families facing new diagnoses, ongoing symptoms, or the complexities of chronic or invisible illness. These nurse-led services are offered on a private-pay basis to ensure truly independent, personalized, and confidential support. Without ties to insurance companies, clients invest directly in care that centers their needs, respects their time, and includes clear, upfront pricing.

Resiliency Roadmap Mentorship-Custom Pricing
For clients who require long-term/ongoing advocacy support: including appointment prep, researching conditions or providers, care coordination, attending medical appointments (virtually), medical record review and organization, provider communication, and more, based on what matters most to you that month.
